A New Year Has Come

Snows are pouring,

Sky is turning to grey,

Everywhere, clouds are covering,

Will we have a good sunny May?

Wars have crumbled the world,

Could Hopes and Wishes act as Excalibur?

Can we alter wrongs to right with this Sword?

The New Year’s promises seem a fragile cure.

People search for homeland of peace,

Will be there a place to include all?

Prosperity and happiness are at risk,

Humanity is at the threshold of fall.

We seek a new beginning each year,

Facing hardships, uncertainty, ambiguity,

Having a firm aim to use Excalibur with care,

Defeating doubts and difficulties with clarity.

As Snow covers roofs, streets and trees,

Nature attempts to survive in its sleep,

A new year arrives with freeze yet try to seize,

A novel quest for us to reap,

Let the snow breeze, we have a journey to keep.

Chess with Fate

I wanted to make a wish,
Could I checkmate the destiny to diminish?
Playing chess with my fate tonight,
Should I search for this war a new mate and bright?

A new year just arrived,
Can the boundaries of my fate been this year crossed?
Lists of doings and wishes are high,
Yet, will destiny put me again in cry?

My eyes are still wet from last year,
Fate, will you please make the new year better to bear?
I play your game with wisdom and hope,
Let the World embrace a bit of peace and good scope.

Destiny, help the people build their homes,
Can you pause a bit of destructing Rome?
Let them feel happiness and be fearless,
Can you stand aside and let spring bring them joyfulness?

2025, I say you this sharp and sober,
Don't play radically with the believer.
Let the people reach their hopes and dreams,
Could you please fulfill at least one of their wishes in your realm?

2025, I will play with you the chess,
Will definitely checkmate you and clean 2024 mess,
Just let me wish for peace to stay in people's mind, life, and the world,
And please play fairly, soundly, and without sword or crossword.

Let everyone win with good deeds,
Let success and love once proceed.

 A Black Sheep

This is a story of a girl,

Who has never been treated fair,

She's been discriminated in her land

For doing nothing but being a woman.

She moved with high hopes to another land,

Where advertised equality for all women,

Thinking for a better future,

Following her dream of being a University teacher.

In the new land, she faces complicated commands,

She needs papers for every demand,

Having high spirits and hopes,

She continues opening tied ropes.

A miracle came to her life,

She was happy for her little love,

She keeps her fighting stronger,

Now, also for the sake of her daughter.

She witnesses how a white person,

Wants to always teach her a lesson,

That she is wrong and knows nothing

As they have a better raising.

She was discriminated again,

For not being a German or having American grains,

She turns a deaf ear to these rotten thoughts,

She is a fighter with a high spirit to fight.

Her journey gets to its pitch,

By finding a job known for foreigners as kitsch,

She hears about cultural diversity,

Where people will be treated fairly with equality.

She begins with hopes that they are not just words,

They will do it in their routines and daily work.

But it was just a showoff,

They just do it because it is in the law and talked,

They don't believe in it,

Treating foreigners like shit,

I leave them with a heartbreak and damaged souls,

With a ruined confidence, sleeplessness, and sores.

My job shattered my dream,

That Germany is a land to win

They believe in equality because it's a trend,

It's just words for them with no action to mend,

I will do my best to leave this land for them to keep

Because no matter what, I will always remain a black sheep.

 Hope

It seems to be an abstract word,

To say have hope,

Stay positive and eat your sour,

Have hope.

Don’t give up,

To the shit all makeup,

It’s your strength,

To fight back with extreme breadth.

Hope, Love, and Self-confidence,

Are three keywords of resistance,

Keeps going to the very end,

Despair and defeat will finally amend.

Have hope hovering high in the sky,

Forget all German’s lies,

Victory lies in the near,

If only being you sheer.

Hope,

Such a strange word,

Yet keeps everyone going,

Let them forward moving,

Put fate in challenging.

Hope,

A word changes life’s being,

In sorrow and despair,

It’s the anchor of repair,

Brings people near,

With a salute of a beer!

Hope,

Continue your presence,

You’re the new Renaissance,

A phoenix of your own,

Comes from Ash Wednesday zone,

With a resurrection, a new home is reborn.

Hope,

Such a strange word,

Kills all despair like a sword,

A new dawn,

For all pawns and down,

A phoenix from the unknown.

 Life Goes on

I moved to Germany to study,

I wanted to pursue a career,

I didn’t know that everything would be so hazy,

My life would change into a disaster.

First separated from my loved ones,

Then stayed away from Him for a long time

It broke me so hard to keep on

But life goes on.

I tried very hard to get what I want,

In a society discriminates a foreigner at every part,

I decided to stay strong for my love

I believe in a greater cause

I spent too much time trying to convince Germans

We have had all the same descendants and are humans

They seem to be friendly and show a seemed solidarity

Yet, they keep themselves in a position of superiority

But life goes on

I tried to move on.

It is not easy when you are alone

To face a fool army of balloons

Filled with pride and selfishness

Looked you in the eye with no passion and feelingless

Took me a long time to realize

Here there is no room to criticize

Everything is the predetermined plan for all

The system works like a clock on the wall

Until a crisis hit there abruptly

The system lost its control and became ill critically

People stayed in quarantine many times

Losing hope for a remedy to shine

But life goes on

I need to hold on.

Clouds cover everywhere

Judgments smoked by the wrong seer

Again, priority goes to the society

Foreigners stay behind the majority

This is for us, that is for us

Go to you land if it feels false

Solidarity turns into dried tree

Watering with no fruits to see

Justice becomes a cactus

Whose thorns, spines or prickles make it touchless tortuous

But life goes on

I will take on

Till a day come

Get what I want

Life goes on

And I will go on

Forget all bad harsh tongue

Singing over all mountains a song

Life goes on

Love conquers all cons.
